Downgrade your plan

A downgrade takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle. Until then you keep your current plan, and you can undo it.

Where to find it: Compare plans → Downgrade

How to do it

1. Go to Settings → Subscription and click Compare plans.
2. Click Downgrade on the plan you want.
3. Review what changes: your new limits, the features you lose and the date it takes effect.
4. Type the confirmation phrase shown, for example downgrade pro.
5. Pick a reason and click Continue.

Your downgrade is now scheduled. A banner at the top lets you Undo it any time before it takes effect, and your next invoice switches to the lower plan's price automatically.

Published events keep their features for their lifetime. A downgrade only affects events you create after it takes effect.
