When do I get paid?
You get paid before your event, on a schedule you choose. By default, your available ticket money is sent to your bank automatically every week, on Wednesday. The schedule applies to all your events; you can't set it per event.
Where to find it: Settings → Payments → Payouts → Update Payout Settings
How to do it
- Open Settings → Payments.
- In Payouts, click See Details, then Update Payout Settings.
- In Payout information, under Schedule, choose Manual or Automatic every and pick how often and which day.
- Check your bank under Destination, then click Save.
