Who pays the fees?
You choose who pays the platform fee: your buyers at checkout, you out of your payout, or a share each. You set this separately for tickets and for tables.
Where to find it: Step 4 → Platform fee
How to do it
- In Payments & go live, find Platform fee.
- Move the slider: Customer pays shows your buyers' share in %, You cover shows yours.
- If you sell tables, set the split for tables too.
- Check the result in the Estimated payout table before you publish.
Your options
| If you set… | What happens |
|---|---|
| Customer pays 100% | We add the whole fee to the ticket price at checkout. You receive the full ticket price. |
| You cover 100% | Buyers pay the ticket price. We take the whole fee from your payout. |
| Anything in between | Buyers pay their share at checkout. We take the rest from your payout. |
The fee amounts for your event are shown in the Estimated payout table.
Tip: for examples of splitting the fee, see Split the fees by percentage.
