Contact the organiser

The organiser runs the event and handles tickets, changes and refunds, so they're the best person to ask.

Where to find it: My Tickets → ⋮ → Contact Organizers

How to do it

1. Sign in to Tessera and open My Tickets.
2. Click ⋮ on the event, then Contact Organizers.
3. Include your name, the email you bought with and your order number.

If you get your tickets on WhatsApp, the organiser's email is also in that message.

Tip: to ask for your money back, use Request a refund instead: it goes straight to the organiser.
