See who has arrived

Everyone on your team sees the live check-in count, so you know when your VIPs are in or when to move staff to the door.

Where to find it: Check-In Guests stats, or event dashboard → Admission card

How to do it

1. On your phone: in Check-In Guests, open the stats from the scanner. Ticket Scanned shows how many tickets are in (e.g. 1 / 58) and Admission the percentage.
2. On a computer: in the event dashboard Overview, click the Admission card.
3. Both show each ticket category with how many are Scanned and the Percentage.
4. To check on one guest, search their email or name in Manual Check-In: a green tick means they're in.

Each ticket category has its own colour, so VIP check-ins stand out.
