Your key metrics explained
Each event's overview shows how it is selling and who turns up: ticket sales, net revenue, admission % and repurchase rate, plus where your buyers came from.
Where to find it: Event overview
How to do it
- Open the event from your dashboard.
- Read the key metrics at the top of the overview.
- Scroll down to Attribution Channels to see where buyers came from.
- Check the sales and admissions charts to follow both over time.
What each metric means
| Metric | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Ticket sales | Tickets sold for this event |
| Net revenue | Ticket sales minus platform fees (our fee and Stripe's processing fee) |
| Admission | The share of tickets scanned at the door. Click the card for the split per ticket category |
| Repurchase | The share of buyers who have bought tickets to your events before |
Tip: to see which channel or promoter drove each sale, add tracking links. Channels are explained in Understand attribution channels.
