Accept or reject a co-host invitation
When another organiser invites you to co-host, you get a notification badge in your dashboard and an email. Review what the invitation lets you do, then accept or reject it.
Where to find it: Organisation → Co-Host Invitations → Review
How to do it
- Open Organisation → Co-Host Invitations. Each invitation shows the event, the host, the date, its status and your access Level.
- Click Review to see the What you can do and What you can't lists.
- For Full Access, choose who on your team works on the event. Everyone is ticked by default: untick anyone who shouldn't be on it. You can change this list at any time.
- Click Accept & Take On Management, or Reject.
Once you accept, the event shows on your public organisation page and the collaboration appears on the event page.
After you accept
The invitation stays in Co-Host Invitations with its Status: Pending, Accepted or Rejected. For an accepted Full Access invitation, click Manage Team to change who on your team works on the event. Until the event's first ticket sale, you can stop co-hosting: click the leave icon in the Action column, then Leave event. When you leave:
- everyone from your organisation loses access, and the host is notified;
- your scheduled campaigns and pending guest invitations are cancelled;
- the event comes off your calendar;
- credits you've spent aren't refunded;
- people you added to the event stay, and the host can remove them.
Tip: see what each level includes in Co-host an event: Limited vs Full Access.
