Manage who works on an event
Event Access shows everyone working on an event: you as host, each co-host and their teammates, and people added to this event only. You can change their access at any time.
Where to find it: Event dashboard → Overview → Event Access
How to do it
- In the event dashboard, open Overview and click the Event Access tab.
- Click the arrow next to a Full Access co-host to see the teammates they've put on the event.
- Access is managed at organisation level. To change someone's role or a co-host's access, click Org settings in the Action column.
- To give one person access to this event only, click Add Person. To add another organisation, click Add Co-Host.
- To remove someone, use the Action column.
Everyone you add gets an email telling them they've been added.
Roles for one person on this event
| Role | What they can do |
|---|---|
| Event collaborator | Sees the dashboard, orders and attendees; edits event content and ticket categories; uses check-in and door tools. No guest invitations or emails, payouts, cancelling or co-hosts. Button: Invite Collaborator. |
| Event validator | Door staff only: scans tickets on a phone. No dashboard, orders or sales figures, and can't edit anything. See Add a validator for one event. |
If they're on your team, add them to your organisation instead: they get every event automatically and can send guest invitations and marketing emails. See Add team members to your organisation.
Tip: Limited Access co-hosts don't bring teammates onto the event: see Co-host an event: Limited vs Full Access.
