Collect GST or VAT on your tickets

If your business is registered for tax (GST, VAT, TVA…) in the country where your event takes place, you can add your tax rate on top of your ticket prices.

Where to find it: Step 4 → Tax → Collect tax for this event

How to do it

  1. Open Payments & go live and find Tax.
  2. Turn on Collect tax for this event.
  3. Enter the Tax name, for example GST, VAT or TVA.
  4. Enter the Tax rate in %.
  5. Check the Estimated payout table: the tax is added on top of the price.

We collect the tax with the ticket price, but we don't file or pay tax for you. Declaring and paying it remains your responsibility.
