Understand your estimated payout

Updated 22 October 2026 · For organisers

The Estimated payout table shows, for each ticket and table, what buyers pay and what you receive, so you can check your numbers before you publish.

Where to find it: Step 4 → Estimated payout

How to do it

  1. Open Payments & go live.
  2. Set who pays the platform fee — see Who pays the fees?.
  3. If you collect tax, turn it on — see Collect GST or VAT on your tickets.
  4. Read the Estimated payout table: one row per ticket and per table.

What each column means

Column What it shows
Price The price you set for the ticket or table
Platform Fee Our fee on that ticket or table
Customer pays What the buyer pays at checkout, including tax when tax is on
You receive What reaches your payout

These are estimates. Currency conversion can change the final amount you receive.
