Accept donations or pay-what-you-want
Add an optional donation step so guests can give more than the ticket price. Use it for donations or pay-what-you-want.
Where to find it: Event Customization → Donation
How to do it
- Open Event Customization → Donation.
- Switch to Donation On. It's off by default.
- Edit the Donation Section Title and add a Description, for example what each amount pays for.
- Optional: under Preset Donation Amounts, click + Add for each amount buyers can pick in one tap.
- Click Save.
What guests see
Guests see the donation section at checkout, marked (Optional). They tap a preset amount or type any amount they like.
Donations carry the same fees as ticket sales: see Who pays the fees?. Every donation appears in your event dashboard with the donor's details, the amount, fees and your net donation revenue.
