Early bird and last-minute pricing
Pricing phases change a ticket's price automatically: lower for early buyers, or different from a set time close to the event. You can edit them at any time.
Where to find it: Step 3 → ticket Settings → Pricing phases
How to do it
- In the Tickets step, open the ticket and go to the Settings tab → Pricing phases.
- Turn on Early bird price. Set the Early bird price, the Quantity it covers and when it Ends (On a date and time).
- Turn on Last minute price. Set the Last minute price and when it Starts (On a date and time). It applies to whatever is left, so it has no quantity of its own.
- Click Save ticket or Update ticket. Prices then switch on their own, with nothing for you to do.
Early bird vs last minute
| Phase | When it applies | What happens next |
|---|---|---|
| Early bird | Until the deadline passes or the early bird tickets sell out, whichever comes first | The price goes up to the full ticket price |
| Last minute | From the start time you set | Every buyer pays the new price. Useful for door sales. |
