Change price or capacity for one date
On a repeating event, you set each ticket once for all dates. Add an exception to make one date different for one ticket or table, without touching the other dates.
Where to find it: Step 3 → Exceptions → + Add an exception
How to do it
- In the Tickets step, set up the ticket or table once for all dates.
- Under Exceptions, click + Add an exception.
- In Applies to, choose the ticket or table. In Which date, choose the date.
- Under What changes, pick an option and enter the new value.
- Click Save exception. The counter shows how many dates differ, for example "2 of 16 dates differ".
What changes
| Option | On that date |
|---|---|
| Different capacity | A different number of tickets or tables is available |
| Different price | Buyers pay a different price |
| Not on sale that date | The ticket or table can't be bought. Use this to stop sales on a date that already has bookings |
Tip: to add or skip whole dates, see Add, edit or remove dates.
