Hide a ticket and unlock it with a promo code
Hide a ticket to keep it off your event page, then unlock it with a promo code. Only people with the code or its link can buy it, which suits guest lists, partners and VIPs.
Where to find it: Step 3 → ticket Settings → Visibility
How to do it
- In the Tickets step, open the ticket and go to the Settings tab → Visibility.
- Turn off Show this ticket on the event page, then click Update ticket.
- Create a promo code and select the hidden ticket, so the code unlocks it.
- Share the code, or a link with the code already applied, with the people it's for.
Hidden tickets show an eye icon in the payout table, so you can tell them apart. See Understand your estimated payout.
