Create a free registration link for your community
Combine a hidden free ticket with a promo code link to let your community register for free. Share the link on your socials, people register with their email, and every registration lands in your report.

How to do it
- In Tickets, add a free ticket category and hide it: see Hide a ticket and unlock it with a promo code.
- Open Promotion → Promotion Code and click + Add Code.
- Name the code, select the hidden ticket category and set an expiry date and time.
- Save the code, then share the link with the code applied: see Share a link with the code already applied.
- Download your report to see the emails of everyone who registered: see Download your attendee report.
We still recommend this flow today. It will change with the new dashboard, and we'll update this guide when it does.
Tip: to keep the link for invited people only, set the code to Guest: see Limit a promo code to specific guests.
