Create a promo code

Create a promo code to give a discount, unlock hidden tickets, or both, on the ticket categories you choose. The code is live as soon as you create it.

Where to find it: Promotion → Promotion Code → + Add Code

How to do it

1. Open Promotion → Promotion Code and click + Add Code.
2. In Create Code, enter the Code buyers will type, like MYGUESTS, and pick the Ticket Category.
3. Under Discount In, choose Percentage or a flat amount, then enter the Discount Amount.
4. Set the End Date and End Time, and a Quantity to cap how many times it can be used.
5. Under Who can use this code?, keep Everyone or choose Guests, then click Create Code.

The list shows each code's category, discount, end date, who can use it, how many times it's been Used and its Status. Edit or archive a code from the ⋮ menu on its row.
