Move to Tessera from another ticketing platform

Switching from Eventbrite, Peatix or another platform doesn't mean starting from zero. Import your followers into Tessera and keep the audience you've built.

Where to find it: All Events → Followers card → Import Followers

How to do it

  1. Import your followers: export them from your old platform and upload them with our CSV template. Only include people who agreed to hear from you.
  2. Upload your regulars, partners and press as guest lists.
  3. Connect Stripe. You need a new Stripe Express account, even if you already use Stripe: see Why you need a new Stripe Express account.
  4. Create your first event. For the next ones, start from it as a template.
  5. Add your Meta Pixel or other tracking so your ads keep measuring sales.
