Import followers from another platform

Bring in followers who already gave you consent on another ticketing platform, so you keep the audience you've built.

Where to find it: All Events → Followers card → Import Followers

How to do it

  1. Open your All Events view and click the upload icon (Import Followers) on the Followers card.
  2. Click Download CSV Template and fill it in with your followers.
  3. Upload it with Upload CSV File, or drag and drop it.
  4. Click Import Followers.

We follow GDPR and PDPA. Before you import, make sure every person has given you valid consent: you're fully responsible for this and must be able to show proof of consent if asked. Tessera isn't liable for imports that don't comply.

Tip: once imported, reach them with Promote a new event to past attendees.
