Promote a new event to past attendees
Email your past attendees, followers and guest lists to sell tickets to your next event. Every campaign includes a Get Tickets button.
Where to find it: Engagement → Boost Event Sales → + New Campaign
How to do it
- Open Engagement → Boost Event Sales and click + New Campaign.
- In Campaign Details, fill in the Campaign Name, Sender Name, Reply-to Email and Subject Line, add an image and your message. Send Test Email sends you a preview.
- In Select Audience, pick from Previous Events, Tags, Guest List or Followers. Total audience shows how many people you'll reach.
- Refine it: people who purchased tickets (the default), people who checked in, free ticket holders or paid ticket holders.
- In Review & Send Campaign, check the summary, then send now or later: see Schedule a campaign.
Campaigns go out when you choose, with no review by us. We remove duplicate contacts automatically. You can create as many campaigns as you like; the emails count toward your plan's marketing email allowance.
