How people become your followers
When someone buys a ticket, they consent to follow your organisation. You can then tell them about your next events.
Where to find it: All Events → Participants → Download Data
How to do it
- Open your All Events view: the Followers card shows how many you have.
- Click the Participants tab. Marketing Consent shows who is Opted In.
- To export the list, click the download icon (Download Data) at the top right. You can only export from the All Events view.
