Pause or reopen sales
Suspend sales to stop sales of every ticket on a live event without unpublishing it. Reopen them whenever you're ready. To stop one ticket only, archive it instead: see Duplicate or archive a ticket.
Where to find it: Toolbox → Suspend Sales
How to do it
- Open the event from your dashboard, or find it in All Events.
- In the Toolbox at the top right of the overview, click Suspend Sales.
- To reopen, click Resume Sales, which replaces Suspend Sales in the Toolbox.
While sales are suspended, your event page stays live, but every ticket shows Not Available! and the buy button reads Not available.
