Pre-launch: interest vs buyers
While your event is in pre-launch, the overview shows a live count of people who registered interest. Once sales open, compare who registered with who bought.

How to do it
- Open the event from your dashboard. It shows Collecting Interest while in pre-launch.
- Follow the Interest Collected count on the overview. We also email you as interest comes in.
- Click the Interest Collected tab to see everyone who registered, and who went on to buy.
- To open ticket sales at any time, threshold reached or not, click Open Sales in the Toolbox.
Whether you make the event go live or cancel it, we email everyone who registered interest automatically.
