Resend a confirmation email
If an attendee can't find their ticket, resend the booking confirmation straight from their order.
Where to find it: Tickets tab → order number → Resend Confirmation Email
How to do it
- In the event dashboard, open Overview and click the Tickets tab.
- Search for the buyer's email.
- Click their order number (it starts with TS-) to open the order.
- Click Resend Confirmation Email at the bottom.
Tip: attendees also get their ticket on WhatsApp. Point them to Where's my ticket?.
