Get an alert for every sale

Turn on sale alerts to get an email every time someone buys a ticket, and be copied on each ticket confirmation. Alerts are set per event.

Where to find it: Toolbox → bell icon

How to do it

1. Open the event from your dashboard.
2. In the Toolbox at the top right of the overview, click the bell icon (Be notified by email whenever a ticket is purchased).
3. A green bell means alerts are on; a red, crossed-out bell means they're off.
4. Click the bell again to turn them off for this event.

Tip: alerts are per event, so turn them on for each event you want to follow.
