Connect Stripe as a company
If your business is a company registered with ACRA, enter your UEN and Stripe detects your business type and pre-fills most of the form. Your legal name and registered address must match ACRA exactly, character for character, or your payouts pause.
Where to find it: Connect Stripe → UEN
How to do it
- Click Connect Stripe and select your country of operation.
- Enter your UEN. Stripe detects your business type from government records.
- The account representative verifies their identity with Singpass. They must be an Owner, Director, Managing Director or CEO listed on ACRA. If not, you need a Letter of Authority.
- Review and confirm your owners (25% stake or more) and directors. Stripe pre-fills them from ACRA, so you don't type them in.
- Upload your ACRA BizFile extract, issued within the last 12 months, and add a bank account in the company's name.
If you're a partnership or LLP, the steps are the same. Your representative is a Manager, General Partner or Trustee listed on ACRA.
Tip: keep your ACRA record open while you fill in the form, so you can copy your name and address exactly. If verification stops, see My Stripe setup is stuck.
