My Stripe setup is stuck
Stripe verification usually stops for one of three reasons. Fix the one that applies, or contact us at contact@yourtessera.com and we'll finish it with you on a short call.
What to fix
| Reason | How to fix it |

| Your name or address doesn't match official records | It's almost always a small formatting difference. Correct the account to match your ACRA, Registry of Societies or charities.gov.sg record exactly, including "The", punctuation and spacing, then re-upload the matching document. |
| The wrong person signed the Letter of Authority | The signer must be a director (companies) or registered office bearer (charities, societies, clubs), and a different person from the account representative. See Do I need a Letter of Authority? |
| Your proof document doesn't match your officers | The document you upload must name the same people you entered on the account. See Connect Stripe as a charity, society or club. |
Tip: to avoid delays next time, have Singpass ready and keep your official record open while you fill in the form.
